CML appoints Sonia Da Silva as Project Manager to support its growth strategy
International logistics services provider, Core Management Logistics (CML), is pleased to announce the appointment of Sonia Da Silva to the role of Project Manager. As part of her role, Sonia will be involved with the implementation of new business to help support CML’s growth strategy and will be responsible for the development of improvement projects, designed to continually increase CML’s customer offering.
In her new position, Sonia will work alongside, and report to, Senior Operations Manager, Bill Connolly. With a noticeable rise in new customers, Sonia's role will involve planning projects and ensuring that they have been documented, understood and approved by relevant stakeholders to required timelines and new business needs. Sonia will ensure that knowledge and best practice are shared across the business to benefit all customers and that, importantly, success is celebrated – an integral part of CML’s culture and commitment to driving high standards from both a business and customer perspective.
Sonia has spent the past six years working in project management. During this time, she has continued to study and obtain certifications in Information Systems (IS), Project Management, Agile Project Management and Business Analysis. She is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and will bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to both the company and the role. Senior Operations Manager, Bill Connolly, commented: “We’re delighted to welcome Sonia to our team.
