CML partners with returns company ReBOUND to offer even more to its retail customers...
Core Management Logistics is offering an innovative returns service for its e-commerce customers thanks to a new partnership with market leading returns company ReBOUND.
Logistics specialist CML, based at Magna Park in Lutterworth, provides e-commerce services to many of the UK's leading fashion retailers and has teamed up with ReBOUND to offer their existing and new clients a world-class returns solution.
ReBOUND, a division of TSB Supply Chain Ltd, was developed in response to retailer demand for a robust global returns process. The managed service covers retail returns in 220 countries using trusted, local carriers and payment methods. This enables international shoppers to easily register and pay for a return online through the ReBOUND returns booking platform.
The solution has been developed to provide a positive, cost-effective returns experience from both a consumer-facing and retailer perspective. Consumers are able to print their returns label and send their items to an in-country address for a fraction of the price it would usually cost through alternative methods. The returned packages are then consolidated before delivering back to the retailer.
