Main job responsibilities:
I am responsible for general administration tasks such as maintenance of employee records including writing letters to employees and payroll administration as well as recruiting for roles within CML.
Ensuring employees are adhering to policies and procedures is also part of my job I provide support and advice to line managers and am also part of a team that is responsible for the charity and other events on site.

Learning new things and getting stuck in

The great service that CML provides to its customers and the friendly atmosphere

Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and that no one is treated unfairly
