CML offsets 120 tonnes of CO2 in 2012
In association with eForests.co.uk, CML undertakes a carbon mitigation project, offsetting 120 tonnes of CO2 in 2012.
In January 2012, CML implemented the first stage of a carbon mitigation project that will help see the business become carbon neutral in 2015.
In association with eForests, CML has funded tree planting for several Hazel trees in Park Wood, West Malvern. The project was conceived as part of CML’s ongoing commitment towards the environment and will be a major part of CML’s drive to mitigate its carbon footprint.
In the coming years, CML intends to significantly increase the amount of CO2 mitigation per year through such projects in order to reach the goal of becoming carbon neutral in 2015.
