Having won the Training Award at the UKWA awards earlier this year and to have also been finalists at the Logistics and recent CILT Awards, this is a fantastic achievement for CML to be acknowledged in this way and is further testament to the importance of staff development.
CML opened a dedicated training centre last year and is developing its team through a number of E-Learning modules alongside various external training courses for CML’s Management Team, Team Leaders and its Supervisors which included topics such as developing and motivating people, communication, problem solving and team building.”
