CML staff praised for their long service
End to end logistics expert, CML, is delighted to announce that it has recently honoured 12 members of staff who have served the company for over 10 years.
As part of an annual tradition established by the company in 2007, the long-standing employees were invited to a celebratory lunch at its headquarters in Lutterworth. Each guest was awarded with a gift as part of the staff rewards scheme and a certificate by Managing Director, Mark Webb.
When explaining why CML chose to begin the Long Service Awards 10 years ago, Mark said: “At CML, we think that it is extremely important to recognise the contributions made by our longest-serving staff. Creating an event that does just this and rewarding staff who have devoted more than 10 years of their career to CML, is just one way of showing our appreciation to the team.
“Since the tradition started, 74 members of staff at CML have received this accolade - something we are very proud of. Through their continued work with CML, we look forward to celebrating many more years of service with these team members and other colleagues in the future.”
The staff members that were recognised at this ceremony began working at the company in either 2006 or 2007. Members of staff receiving their award were; Harminder Bhamra, Derek Luke Carter, Marc Harvey, Sukhraj Lal Klair, Garry Seal, Christopher Smith, Nigel Thomas, Mark Docherty, Laurence Geary, Gurjit Sahota, Brandon Adcock and Lee Hodge.
