Main job responsibilities: I am responsible for general administration tasks such as maintenance of employee records including writing letters to employees and payroll administration as well as recruiting for roles within CML. I ensure employees adhere to policies and procedures and provide support and advice to line managers and am also part of a team responsible for the charity and events on site.

Learning new things and getting stuck in

Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and that no one is treated unfairly
