CML staff have been donning their aprons and whipping up tasty treats as part of our fundraising campaign for Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People.

Chocolate cupcakes, pastries, biscuits and a range of other homemade snacks and goodies were available at our charity bake sale on Friday 29th April, with the proceeds reaching a grand total of £303.60.

The funds raised will help Rainbows Hospice to provide care and emotional support for terminally ill children and their families, and continues our long-standing backing for the charity’s work.

Over the last nine years, staff have raised an incredible £39,180.95 for the Loughborough-based hospice.

Letisha Harbidge, who oversees the company’s charitable work, said: “It was great to see so many staff taking time out to get behind such a worthwhile cause. Thanks are due to Andzelina Gruza who took the lead on organising the bake sale, and every staff member who contributed their own baking or bought something. We’re very proud of the charitable work we do, and it’s great to have a chance to bring the team together for an event like this.”

Rainbows Hospice’s Kate Golding said: “We are grateful for the fantastic support CML have given us over the past nine years. Their efforts will help us continue to provide care to the children and young people who rely on us.”
